Dr. Teerdha Pati
Dr. T is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He grew up in India, where he received his initial dental training and then did multiple externships in Japan and across dental schools in the US before joining the DDS program in Michigan. In the past few years, Dr. T has developed a special focus on dental sleep medicine, implant placements, laser therapy, and complicated root canals.
His goal is to bring the best skills, technologies, and research available worldwide together for the care and well-being of his patients.
Apart from dentistry, Dr. T loves basketball, adventure sports, and backpacking during his free time. He also enjoys reading philosophy and history with authentic ‘chai’. Feel free to stop by with any suggestions or stories!
Dr. Harish Varadarajan
Dr. Varadarajan earned dual dental degrees with honors and is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. He believes that the best dentistry blends cutting-edge science with an artistic touch. He focuses on evidence based, patient centered care with special interests in implants, veneers, and cosmetic dentistry.
Passionate about helping patients look and feel their best, he is excited to bring modern, transformative dental care to Orchid Dental. His commitment to service extends beyond the clinic through his involvement with UNICEF's Guardian Circle and the Colorado Mission of Mercy.
When he's not in the dental office, Dr. Varadarajan is usually planning his next trip or talking about cars more than he probably should. A self proclaimed car enthusiast and avid traveler, he loves exploring new countries, spending time outdoors, and making memories with friends, family, and pets.

Dr. Benjamin Bassett
Dr. Ben grew up in Seattle while his Dad served in the Navy. Dr. Ben is a Brigham Young University - Idaho graduate and a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After serving as dental school student body Vice President and President, he served the rural community of southeastern Missouri for 5 years. These 5 years were formative in the way Dr. Ben practices dentistry. Serving a rural community allowed him to learn all aspects of advanced dentistry because of the lack of specialists nearby. Taking multiple advanced dental implant, oral surgery, endodontic, and periodontal CE courses, Dr. Ben has gained a comprehensive approach in treating patients. With a beautiful wife, 5 bio daughters, and 1 foster daughter, life at home is never dull. Their family enjoys the outdoors, skiing, mountain biking, paddle boarding, cycling, running, basketball, rock climbing, etc. all together. Dr. Bassett still claims one of his joyful moments was seeing all their kids ski together without his or his wife's help. A task 12 years in the making! Dr. Ben looks forward to making a lifelong dental relationship in caring for your and your family's dental needs.

Dr. Nelson S Joo (Emeritus)
Dr. Nelson Joo has been practicing family dentistry in Aurora, Colorado since 1986. His practice provides comprehensive dental services for all ages ranging from pediatric and cosmetic dentistry to dental implants and oral surgery. Dr. Joo earned his BS degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed his dental training at the Oral Roberts University. He graduated the dental school with honors from the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology. Committed to keeping abreast with the latest research and developments as well as the changing technology in the field of dentistry, Dr. Joo regularly attends continuing education classes and belongs to multiple study clubs. In order to best service his patients, regular updates are made to his dental clinic procedures, technologies, and equipment based on industry developments.Dr. Joo has volunteered his dental services regularly throughout his career, beginning with overseeing dental missions during his training and continuing with servicing underprivileged communities in the Denver Metro Area through Denver Rescue Mission and Inner City Health. He also volunteered as the Assistant Clinical Professor appointed by the School of Dentistry, University of Colorado for Inner City Health an appointment he hopes to resume once the program is reinstated.Dr. Joo is happily married to his wife Susanna, who works with the Cherry Creek school district. Together, they have two grown children, Chelsea and Brandon. Taking full advantage of the great outdoors of Colorado, he and his wife enjoy taking long walks around the parks and trails of Denver as well as mountain hikes when possible with their rescue dog Truman. He also enjoys watching a variety of sports, with his favorite being ice hockey. GO AVS!
